Labels On Sale Limited respects your privacy and is committed to the protection of it. This Privacy Policy sets out how Labels On Sale Limited manages the personal information provided to us in accordance with our obligations under the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) which are contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act).

personal information may be disclosed outside Labels On Sale.
Personal information collected by Labels On Sale may be disclosed to third
parties to whom Labels On Sale contracts out specialised functions (such
as printing companies for the purpose of printing Labels On Sale’s
promotional material). If Labels On Sale does disclose personal information
to these third party contractors under outsourcing or contracting arrangements,
Labels On Sale takes steps to ensure that those contractors:
· Comply with the NPPs when they handle your personal information;

· Are authorised only to use personal information in order to provide

which Labels On Sale holds about you (although there are some exceptions

include personal information about you which is included in our databases
and in paper files, and which may be used by Labels On Sale on a day to
day basis.
To provide you with access to this personal information, Labels On Sale
would ordinarily provide you with a print-out of the relevant personal
information from our databases, or with photocopies of records which are
held only on paper files.
For legal and administrative reasons, Labels On Sale may also store records

As noted above, sometimes we collect personal information through Labels
On Sale’s website (if you subscribe). Accordingly, this Privacy
Policy outlines Labels On Sale’s approach to all personal information
we handle, whether collected online or offline, and to the extent that
this Privacy Policy applies to online privacy issues, it is to be read
as forming part of the terms of use for our websites.
Generally, Labels On Sale will handle personal information collected online
consistently with the way that it handles personal information collected
offline. However, there are particular issues that arise in the online
environment. Sometimes our website contain links to other website, for
your convenience and information. When you access a website other than
