Returns & Exchange Policy

While we hope you love our Designer Labels on Sale purchases, we understand that occasionally the goods do not meet your expectations. Before your purchase is shipped to you, we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your purchase is then carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition.

In the event your purchase arrives in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. You can do this by emailing the team at returns@labelsonsale.com.au

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please familiarise yourself with our Return/Exchange procedures below:

WE DO NOT REFUND

  1. Once you received the items, please check for their suitability. Please notify us through email and provide reasons for the unsuited items to be granted exchange. All exchanges and returns must be completed within 7 days of receiving.
  2. Exchange can be made the website or via email to returns@labelsonsale.com.au. Please explain if you would like to exchange or receive a credit. If you wish to exchange please advice what you would like, so we can put the item/s on hold for you (if available). If there is additional money to be paid from the exchange then this can be arranged via e-mail or by calling us.
  3. We will email you a 'RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM' and you will need to complete all requested fields. The form will contain the return address for your garment. You must ensure the garment is wrapped and protected. Otherwise, we will not accept the return. Be sure to print out a copy of your 'RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM' and include this in the satchel.
  4. As you decide to exchange or return the items, you must send back the item package to the address given at your own cost. Once you have organized your exchange, please send your parcel to: Designer Labels on Sales – Attention Returns, 113-115 Regent Street Redfern NSW 2016.
  5. It is important to note that we do not provide exchange over the items in our shop in Redfern. Items returned in store will not be accepted without a return authorisation form. The exchange will be granted online and processed through shipping procedures.
  6. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure your return reasons are valid before offering one of the following:
    • EXCHANGE: We will happily exchange your size or colour IF WE HAVE IT IN STOCK. Only if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition with labels attached for an exchange to be considered.
    • Once the returned garment has been checked over, we will email you a 'CREDIT AUTHORISATION FORM' and you will need to complete all requested fields in order for your CREDIT NOTE to be completed AND ISSUED TO YOU VIA EMAIL.
  7. If you request to receive a credit note, we will only issue credit notes online, which is valid indefinitely. Credit notes will be issued within 2 to 3 days of us receiving your parcel. Therefore, you may reselect the items you wish to purchase carefully.
  8. If you decide to exchange the items, you should include a prepaid satchel from Australia Post along with the returned items.
  9. For international orders all postages will be charged on your credit card by calling us on exchanges or returns. We strongly recommend sending your order via Toll or Australia Post Express as you will be provided with a tracking number in which you are able to track the delivery of your parcel while a regular mail cannot be tracked.
  10. By purchasing from the www.labelsonsale.com.au website you signify your acceptance of our return policy.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you believe a garment to be faulty after washing or wearing it, it can be sent back for appraisal. You must adhere to all washing, laundering and fabric care instructions or we will not honour an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE if the item has been damaged due to negligence on your part.

You must notify us of your intention to return the faulty item. You can do this by emailing the team at returns@labelsonsale.com.au. We will email you a 'RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM' and you will need to complete all requested fields. This form will have the return address for the garment. Please ensure it is wrapped and protected or we will not accept the return. Be sure to print out a copy of the 'RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM' and include this in the satchel.

Once we receive the item, the production team at labels on sale will inspect the item to deem if it is faulty. If the return reason is valid we will offer you a CREDIT NOTE, EXCHANGE. If the return reason is not valid, we will contact you to discuss the outcome. We can send your faulty garment back on your request.
