In order to make a purchase, you must register as a Designer Labels On Sale shopper. You can join here, or will have an account automatically created at the express checkout.

Making a Purchase

Step 1: As you browse items, you may add items to your shopping bag.
Step 2: Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout to finalise your purchase and shipping.

All merchandise sold through the labels on sale website is intended for personal use only. Labels on sale reserve the right to cancel any orders which appear to be wholesale or resale elsewhere.

Eligibility to Purchase

  • The purchase of products from Labels on Sale is limited only to parties who can enter into and make contracts in accordance with Australian law.
  • Persons aged 18 years and OVER are considered by the law to have the capacity to enter into and therefore, they can purchase from us. However, persons under the age of 18 who wish to make a purchase need to obtain permission and assistance of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Designer Labels on Sales is ONLY available to customers who meet the terms of eligibility.
  • Designer Labels on Sales purchases are for personal use only.
  • Designer Labels on Sale designer clothing must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Handling

Designer Labels On Sale delivers around the globe. We use Australia Post e-Parcel satchels within the Australian network. These require signature on delivery and are traceable. For international deliveries we use Australia Post International Air Mail e Parcel which also requires signature on delivery.

Processing Your Order

You will receive your order within 5-7 working days providing payment of your order processes successfully. Deliveries are sent out between normal business hours between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm. If your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period, your order will be processed on the first business day following the holiday period. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays.

Prior to order delivery, goods are carefully inspected by Designer Labels on Sale quality control staff to ensure your items leave in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately so we can address the handling with our shipping company.

Sale Deliveries

During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance that an item is unavailable, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is sent off you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase. Important Delivery Information

  • Goods require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you nominate a suitable address so you can receive the goods once they arrive. If you nominate a business address, you MUST include the name of the company to ensure the courier can find you easily.
  • We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you will receive notification from the courier company advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest Post Office. If goods cannot be delivered and go unclaimed, they will be returned to designer labels on sale. If you require us to dispatch the package for a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same rules (as above) apply to this new delivery.
  • Order cut off and delivery time frames are provided as a guide and may alter if there is a delay in payment authorization. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.

Unfulfilled Orders

To minimize the risk of an advertised item being unavailable, we pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date computerized inventory of all items stocked in our e-Commerce. If for any reason Designer Labels on Sale is unable to fill your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and we will give you a CREDIT NOTE without a limited time to use it.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so please choose carefully. If the item you have purchased does not fit you, you may exchange it by following the terms and conditions as mentioned in return and exchange policy.

Cancellation of Orders

As we try to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been sent off. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive a CREDIT NOTE for the sale amount.

Purchases can only be made if they are intended for personal use. We, therefore, reserve the right to cancel an order if we deem it is intended for commercial resale, or any other inappropriate nature.

Sales Taxes/Handling Charges

For all merchandise purchased through labels on sale a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable by Australian law. For all Australian residents or Australian shipping addresses, this 10% GST will be included in your order subtotal and processed at the time of sale processing. For international customers this 10% tax will not be charged by DESIGNER LABEL ON SALE, however you will be liable to pay your own country's applicable import/duty taxes on receipt of your package. It is your sole responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them on receipt of your packages.
